Shipping 

Standard shipping orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged. Any orders placed on a holiday or weekend will be processed the next business day. 

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $75.

Orders under $75 will ship for a flat rate of $5.95.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

www.kinjcollective.com is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please email hello@kinjcollective.com with your order number, item you're returning, and reason for return.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days after delivery. We currently offer STORE CREDIT ONLY for returns. Kinj Collective does not currently offer exchanges.

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or can not be returned.

Hats, Scarves, Hair Accessories, Beauty Items & Gift Cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Personalized items are made to order and are FINAL SALE. Unless there has been an mistake, we are unable to accept the return.

Items are eligible for return if:

• All items are un-worn, un-washed, and in original condition that they are received in {original tags & packaging}
• All items are free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other stains
